Shipping policy

Shipping for all portable buildings is calculated on actual distances from our store to your setup location. Generally speaking, the first 50 miles is free, and there is a per/mile charge added thereafter.

Shipping for all steel structure components to be installed on your property by our installers is already included in the price of your building. We only charge for shipping when we are NOT installing your building, or when we're delivering to a third-party like a port of entry.
