12' x 20' x 9' One Car Garage with 8' Lean-To

This unit is an engineered draft of a small one car garage/storage building with lean to, shown here for demonstration purposes. Each building we sell is fully customizable and built on YOUR land, nearly anywhere in Texas or Western Louisiana. This unit is listed here to give you ideas and examples of what we can design just for you.

Built on your land!

This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 12' (can go wider in 2' increments), and in a length of 20' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9'' tall to accommodate the 8'x8' roll up door. We've also added a walk thru door and two windows to the left side. Has a 8' x 20' x 7' covered lean to on the right side. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath: 20' (including lean to) x 20' (400') = $3,000.00, sold separately (within 75 miles of Beasley).

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer. Every American Steel building, barn, garage, carport or RV cover is custom built on YOUR property in the manner & size that we design together for you.
