12'x20'x7' Mini-Storage

CUSTOM BUILT ON YOUR PROPERTY! This unit is an engineered draft of our smallest mini-storage unit, shown for demonstration purposes. This is BUILT ON SITE on your property and is an all-galvanized tubing steel structure!

This Mini-storage utility shed style steel building is in our minimum width of 12' (can easily increase to 18, 20, 22 or even 24' wide), and in our minimum length of 20' (which can be longer in 5' increments). It is 7' tall to accommodate a 6x6 roll up door and 80" tall walk through door, but can easily go taller in height. This example has one window added with a 6'x6' roll up door and a walk thru door. Each of those items, including width, length & height, is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath: 12' x 20' (240') = $1800.00 additional, sold separately. Please note, our minimum concrete job is $2000.00, so in this example, we'd suggest adding some other footage like sidewalks, patio extension, etc. to add enough square feet to get to our minimum.

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer.
