20' x 60' x 8' Chicken House with 10' Roost / Stor

Here's a unique design for a larger backyard poultry operation. This barn measures 20' wide by 60' long by 8' tall at the eve. Here we feature a walk door right side, and a 8x7 roll up door + two windows into the 10' fully enclosed back storage for roost, egg boxes, feed or storage. Could also be configured on this wall with just a small, framed opening for chickens! Please imagine if you will, in pic 2 and pic 3, that the top 3' panel on the sides actually drops to the bottom, leaving the center open instead. Same with the end wall in pic two. In pic 3 we've fully enclosed that wall and added another walk door. All of this is customizable to your preference and installed on your level ground, substrate or concrete pad. This building is available across 40+ states but prices will vary based on your location and/or any special engineering requirements above 140 mph wind load or 35 psf snow load.
