20'x50'x9' Four Car Garage Carport Combo

This unit is an actual sold unit and its engineered draft of a broad-side designed 20'x50'x9' two car garage with shop and two open but covered parking, shown here for demonstration purposes. Each building we sell is fully customizable and built on YOUR land, nearly anywhere in Texas or Western Louisiana. This unit is listed here to give you ideas and examples of what we can design just for you.

This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 20' (can go wider in 2' increments), and in a length of 30' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments), with an additional 20'x20' covered parking area with side frame outs. It is 9'' tall to accommodate two 8'x8' roll up doors. We've also added a walk thru door into the 10'x20' shop area far right. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath: 20' x 50' (1000') = $5,500.00, sold separately (within 75 miles of Beasley only).
