24 'x 25' x 9' Regular Roof Style Two Car Garage

This unit is an engineered draft of a regular roof style garage unit, shown for demonstration purposes.

This steel garage building is in width of 24' and in a length of 25' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9' tall in order to accommodate 8' roll up garage doors, but can easily go up to 20' in height. (All structures over 13' tall will require a telescopic forklift onsite during construction at your expense.) This example is all enclosed with twin 10'x8' garage door, 2 added windows and a walk thru door. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath: 24' x 25' (600') @ $7/foot = $4,200.00, sold separately.
