24' x 50' x 10' Combo Pavilion Garage Carport

Here's a slight variation of a building we just built for a local customer here in Texas. This building is 24' wide by 50' long by 10' tall. It features 35' of enclosed space and 15' of "carport" overhang or pavilion area. The enclosed area has a 10' x 10' roll up door, walk door, and 5 windows around. The front eve has an enclosed gable end. This building is structured and built with ALL VERTICAL metal orientation, roof, sides & ends. With typical 5' framing system, vertical metal of 3' width requires addition of substantial horizontal bracing called purlins across the roof, and girts around the mid-walls and upper walls, prior to installation of vertical paneling. This upgrade is a little more expensive but adds tremendous durability to the structural integrity of the building, plus a completely different aesthetic look to the building. Priced at under $18,000 installed on your level land or pad, we think this offers GREAT VALUE and this style of structure is actually our most popular of all our building types! We can build this across approx. 45 states in most areas, although prices will vary based on location and any special engineering upgrades required for your local or state codes, including wind load or snow load certifications. This building as shown is rated at 140 mph windload and 35 psf snow load, compliant for 80%+ of the country.

We can design this as small as 12' wide, and up to 40' wide. 8' tall up to 14' tall. 20' long to as long as you wish in 5' increments. Your choice of colors. Ask about "color match screws" option, and/or insulation options. This building is built in standard 29 gauge sheet metal and 14 gauge framing. We offer 26 gauge sheet upgrade and 12 gauge frame upgrade is some areas, at additional cost. Structures over 12' tall will likely require forklift rentals and possibly site-specific-engineering, especially in high regulation markets like California, New England, Florida & Arizona.
