Here's a nice Main Garage Workshop building in 24' x 40' x 12' with a 10' lean on one side and 12' lean on the other, both framed out, Main building in 12' leg height, leans have 10' outer legs. This building features both a 12'x10' & two 8'x8' rollup doors. Also has two 9-lite walk in doors and 5 custom window frame outs. All this can be customized to your liking.
This building can be installed on your level ground, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Foundation work is NOT included, and your pad needs to be LEVEL. We can install this (or a modified version of it) almost anywhere across 46 US States, but prices will vary depending on location and any engineering upgrades that might be required above the 140 mph and 35 psf of our standard build.
