30' x 40' x 10' & 20' x 30' x 10' Dual Barndominium

Here's a very exciting project done by one of our own representatives for his new home! Here we have TWO buildings, and "main house" and a "guest cottage" aka teenager crib, mother-in-law suite, she-shed, man-cave, or party barn. Many uses for the second building!

The main building is 30' x 40' x 10' with front and rear lean-to porches. Both 8' wide 40' long and 8' tall on the other leg, making the main house footprint 46' x 40' x 10'/8'.

The secondary building is 20' x 30' x 10' with one 8' x 30' x 8' lean to porch. These buildings were created with large custom frame-outs for all doors and windows to be supplied by the homeowner and installed by our crew, although we do offer some standard door and window options if you prefer. Special note: The sheet metal on both of these has been upgraded to 26-gauge rather than standard 29-gauge, and all screws are color matched to the metal. As configured building A was $28,725.00 & building B was $14,426.00 installed, including those upgrades.
