30' x 45' x 12' Barn with 12' wide Lean & Slider Door

Here's a nice barn building in 30' x 45' x 12' with a 12' x 45' x 10' lean on one side. This building features both a 12'x12' double-slider door on the front and a 12'x12' rollup door on the rear, in addition to a walk in door and 6 custom window frame outs. All this can be customized to your liking. NOTE: The slider door option is ONLY available in TEXAS. None of our factories outside of Texas offer a slider door option at this time. This building features VERTICAL metal orientation roof with HORIZONTAL orientation on the sides and ends, with a free two-tone wainscot upgrade as well.

This building can be installed on your level ground, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Foundation work is NOT included, and your pad needs to be LEVEL. We can install this (or a modified version of it) almost anywhere across 46 US States, but prices will vary depending on location and any engineering upgrades that might be required above the 140 mph and 35 psf of our standard build.
