This unit is an engineered draft of a unit we recently built shown for demonstration purposes.

Features all vertical metal orientation sides ends AND roof.

This larger residential building is fully enclosed in width of 30' and in a length of 50' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 12' tall to accommodate a 12' x 12' roll up door but can easily go up to 20' in height. All structures over 13' tall will require a telescopic forklift onsite during construction at your expense. We've also added a walk thru door and a 10'x10' roll up door to the left side. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking. This drawing features the standard Type 2 roof truss structure for 25-31'+ widths and standard tubing frame.
