38' x 25' x 9'/7' One Car Garage with Dual Lean To's / Carports

This unit is a previously sold unit and its engineered 3D draft of a 20' x 25' x 9' one car garage with dual 9' side lean to covers, allowing for three car total coverage or boat / trailer / equipment storage covers, shown here for demonstration purposes. Each building we sell is fully customizable and built on YOUR level land or concrete pad. This unit is listed here to give you some ideas and examples of what we can design just for you.

This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 20' (can go wider in 2' increments) and in a length of 25' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9'' tall to accommodate the 8'x8' roll up door. We've also added a walk thru door and a window either side of the garage door. The outer walls of the lean to covers are enclosed then framed out with 11' x 6' entries for easy side access, as well as end gable trim on those. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.
