American Steel Buildings 3-side enclosed (open front) RV/Boat 15-unit storage facility building. 15 open stalls each 40' deep x 12' wide x 14' tall. (Frame is actually at 13' wide & 15' tall respectively). Building is 195' long on the ground, with 15' leg height to accommodate 12' wide x 14' tall framed openings on each stall. Entire exterior upgraded to 26-gauge heavy sheet metal (commercial grade).
This unit features vertical metal orientation for sides/ends AND roof. Features "laddered leg" (or double welded leg optional) in 14-gauge standard 2 1/2" galvanized tube framing, which can also upgrade to doubled or laddered 12-gauge, 2 1/4" galvanized tube framing. This unit prices at $135,724.50 + tax as configured.
We can customize these buildings to your size requirements. We do however recommend no more than 10-15 units total per building for "fire-break" purposes.
Concrete services available upon request within 75 miles of Houston. Add building only interior slab at 40'x195' recommended at 5" thick (24" on center 3 rebar) for $50,700.00 additional, sold separately. Add optional 1'x1' reinforcement beam under the entry side (195') for $3,412.50 additional. Additional exterior concrete pads and/or parking at 4" or 5" upon request.
