40' x 80' x 12' with 4' on center upgrade and 16'x80' Lean-To

Newly installed 40' x 80' x 12' main building featuring three 10'x'10' roll up doors, 3 walk in doors, 5 windows and a full 16' x 80' x 8' right lean to cover. This particular building is upgraded to a 4' on-center frame structure rather than the traditional 5' on center structure for added snow load rating. All these features can be customized to your liking.

This building can be installed on your level ground, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Foundation work is NOT included, and your pad needs to be LEVEL. We can install this (or a modified version of it) almost anywhere across 46 US States, but prices will vary depending on location and any engineering upgrades that might be required above the 140 mph and 35 psf of our standard build, as is the case in this building upgraded to 50+ psf snow load.
