42' x 60' x 11' Garage / Pavilion / Workshop with Lean-To

This is a unit we built for an awesome customer in Angleton, Texas. It is 30' wide, 45' long (enclosed) plus 15' additional roof line (open) with 11' tall on the wall height. It has two 10'x10' rollup doors and an 8'x8' rollup up door across the front, with rear lean to of 12' x 45', plus the side patio area (open) 30' x 15' with entry doors and windows going into the shop. This also has an internal added wall separating the shop from the garage. The listed price is approximate, as all units are custom designed and built on your property.

In the case, we also added a full concrete foundation 30' x 60' for an additional $12,600.00 additional, sold separately. (local only)
