This a sold customer unit and its engineered draft of a 18x30x12 garage/shop building with twin 12x30x9 lean to's either side shown here for demonstration purposes. Each building we sell is fully customizable and built on YOUR level land or concrete pad. This unit is listed here to give you some ideas and examples of what we can design just for you.

This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 18' (can go wider in 2' increments) and in a length of 30' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 12'' tall to accommodate a 10''x10' roll up door with room to spare. We've also added 2 walk-thru doors and two windows into the shop area underneath twin 12'x30' lean to's with 9' outer leg height. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer.
