42'x75'x11' Barndo Shell with Garage

Here's a nice barndominium design we've built out from American Steel Structures. This is NOT the lowest cost way to build this unit as we've added some nice upgrades here for consideration. This building is 30' wide x 75' long x 11' tall in the main structure with an added 12' x 30' x 10' lean-to porch framed out Dutch Style. The 75' main building is divided at the 40' mark leaving the residence (or shop) area at 30'x40' or 1200 square feet and the 3 car garage at 30' x 35' with 3 10x9 roll up garage doors in BROWN color.

Standard 29-gauge sheet metal on the roof and sides (upgrades for 26 gauge are available, ask your rep). Standard 14-gauge 2 1/2 tubing is featured with this build (12- gauge is available for upgrade, ask your rep) Depending on install location insulation can be provided (ask your rep)

We've added lots of windows and several walk-in doors around the building as well as the front porch area in 12' wide by 30' long by the front door. This building features a non-finished SHELL interior of 1200' plus garage area of 1050' with a full divider wall (including walk through door) inside. (See later under-view pics.)
