This is one of the nicest step-down barns we've seen! This has a main building in 24' x 40' x 14' with LOTS of windows including in the upper loft area, as well as 10' x 10' roll up doors each end. It has dual 10' x 40' x 8' framed-out lean to's on both sides, making the total width 44'. Burgundy color with white trim, doors and windows make this unit POP with color! Texas price for this building comes in at $31,131.00 + tax including "color matched" screws which we highly recommend for all dark colors. Nine-lite doors & large windows allow for lots of light. ALL VERTICAL metal orientation (including sides/ends) make for an extra sound structure (lots of added wall girts in the framing), and visual appeal as well.
