48' x 40' x 12'/9' Triple-Wide Workshop Garage Barn

Here's a design of a building we saw down in Florida. This triple-wide garage workshop combo features a center isle of 24' x 40' x 12' with twin lean tos of 12' x 40' x 9'. The center isle has 25' enclosed "back storage" and 15' covered parking area in the front, with twin 10' x 10' roll up doors entering the garage, as well as a walk door and two windows on the back side. The lean to's each have two outside walk in doors (front and side) and 3 windows each, as well as two more inner walk doors into the center garage. These configurations can all be customized to your liking as well as the overall size of the building and colors. This is our TEXAS installed price good as of the date of this post from Texas/Oklahoma areas east to the Atlantic coast (Virginia to Georgia). Other areas may vary in price based on your location and local, state, or environmental (engineering) requirements. This can be installed on your LEVEL land, gravel, asphalt or concrete pad. We do have concrete crews who can assist with pads in certain limited areas, otherwise we can provide our Concrete Guide for you to use with your local contractors.
