50' x 100' x 12' Church Building or Warehouse

This was an awesome build just completed locally yesterday (June 30, 2023).
The building is 50' wide by 100' long with 12' leg height. It is of course all vertical metal orientation. We added a small lean to cover over the double door side entry. It also features a couple rear exit doors. A few scattered windows and another walk opposite end. In this example, for unreasons unknown to me, the customer choose to leave the existing build INSIDE the new larger building, so we built OVER and AROUND (for a small additional fee). We handle the concrete (locally) and building installation, but do NOT do interior finishing, which will be handled by another company. But we did get this install down in about one months time! The price quoted here is our TEXAS price and good in several surrounding states. We can build this across most of 46 states, but prices WILL vary by location, and also in cases where a higher wind or snow load may be required. This building is built to 140 mph wind load and 35 psf snow load, and was locally permitted.
