54' x 30' x 12'/9' Step Down RV Garage Barn Combo

This "Step Down" barn features an 18' x 30' x 12' Open Center main structure, with twin 18'x30'x9' fully-enclosed lean-to's on both sides. Each of the three components is 18' wide x 30' long, for a total of 54' wide. The leans each feature a 10' x 8' rollup, two walk in doors (front and rear) and two windows on the side. This dimensions can easily be changed in 2' width increments, 5' length increments, and 1' height increments. This particular structure features a nearly flat 1/12 pitch on the lean tos with the center being standard 3/12 pitch. Only a couple of our Texas based shops builds this 1/12 pitch lean to, so most places outside of Texas, Oklahoma or Louisiana will likely have a 2/12 or 3/12 pitch on those sides. But we can definitely do the 1/12 in most of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Just ask if you're in a different state for roof pitch options to one of our professional design and sales consultants. The price listed is also good for the same states, but other states or special engineering requirements for wind or snow load will vary in price.
