54' x 70' x 11'/8' Barndominium Shell with Framed

Barndominium shell designs getting FUN, FUN! Here's one we just finished for a client in Central Texas. We started with a completed building we did in Waller, TX in 30'x70' with 10' front porch, and 20' garage on the end, leaving 30'x50' of living space (1500'). Here, the entire 30'x70' main structures is living space (2100') with 12' lean-tos on the front, back, and end! The end lean has a 10'x12' enclosed storage for lawn tractor (6'x7' roll up door), with 20' covered parking. A full 12' x 70' Dutch framed front porch, and a smaller 12' x 20' Dutch framed rear porch.

LOTS of windows all around. Eleven (11') in wall height (approx 15' peak height). These dimensions can be modified to suit YOUR specific needs. Metal orientation is vertical on the roof and horizontal on the sides but could be upgraded to vertical sides/ends as well. Lots of color options, here we've chosen a rather unusual Earth Brown over Burgundy color scheme which looks absolutely stunning in living color. This shell prices out just as configured here at $43,980.00 INSTALLED on your level land or pad in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, & Mississippi. Other locations may vary in price, and any special wind or snow load engineering may require additional expenses as well.
We do have shops/installers from Virginia to California and most places in between, so we can likely accommodate this build for you in over 40 states. We only offer concrete in select areas, and that is additional, sold separately, when in our service areas. Otherwise, we're happy to provide our specific concrete pad recommendations to you for your local contractor. Installation times are running amazingly quick in many areas.
