This building is 30' wide in the center with dual 16' lean-to wings (62' total width). The enclosed area is 85' deep in both the main and wings, with a 15' covered porch area off the front, leaving the main roofline at 101' total. The main legs are 15' tall, with the outer wing legs at 8', leaving room at the connection point for 7 windows in 30"x30" on each upper side. Add 20 additional windows in 30"x36" all around mostly lower level, and a total of 4 walk-in doors with 9-lite. Could easily be modified to add roll-up doors anywhere for full "barndo" style use (part living quarter, part shop).

We have upgraded this example with white & black color-matched screws throughout, and 1/4" double bubble radiant barrier to the entire roof included in this price of $109,805.00. Comes in just under $100k without those adds. We do offer concrete pads locally (with 60 miles of our offices in Beasley TX) and can add the pad sold separately for an additional $37,200.00 upon request.
