80' x 100' x 12' Commercial or Industrial Warehouse

Here's a rare size in our industry, 80' wide by 100' long and 12' tall. This building will require Site Specific Engineering (at extra expense and time) and Telescopic Forklift Rental for installation. Window and door options are available including roll up doors up to 14' x 14' (not shown here). This building can be installed on dirt, gravel, asphalt or concrete, we'll just add appropriate anchors. This size building is NOT available for installation anywhere, but we have 3 factories in Texas so can install in Texas and surrounding areas at this time, and in special instances, you may be able to convince the installers to travel to install in YOUR state, so don't hesitate to ask. Our standard build for this structure will include 14-gauge commercial framing and 29-gauge Ag panel sheet, with a 140-mph wind load rating and 35 psf snow load roading. Wind and/or snow load upgrades are available at additional cost as may be recommended by the engineer or required by your city/county. Additional transportation fees may apply outside of Texas, and DIY kits for self-installation may be available at a small 10% off discount. Leg heights are available for this up to 20' maximum (with added expense, particularly in heavy wind areas).
