18' x 30' x 12' Garage Workshop with Lean To

Upgraded 18' x 30' x 12' Garage with a 12' x 30' x 8' right lean to. Features a 10'x10' roll up door on the end, 4 windows, a 9-lite walk in door, and ALL vertical metal orientation roof, sides and ends! Vertical metal orientation requires the addition of horizontal hat-channel purlins on the roof and horizontal wall girts throughout on the walls, so a significant upgrade. This building is in 2 tone color as well, including vertical orientation wainscotting at the bottom. Wainscot upgrade is free with horizontal metal orientation on sides/ends, but is a paid upgrade for vertical as each piece as to be manually cut at 3' long and transition trim capping it all around.

We can build this for you across most of 46 states, installed on your level land, gravel, asphalt or concrete pad (NOT included). Service times are running generally 3-4 weeks or less, but prices may vary depending on your location and any special engineered upgrades required for permitting in your area (coastal or heavy snow load areas as example).
