24' x 55' x 10' Combo Utility Garage Carport

Here's a Carport / Garage Utility COMBO unit, our most popular selling style of building! This building is a 24' wide and 55' long with 25' open parking and 30' enclosed shop, all in 10' leg height. (13' 2" center clearance). This building features a 10'x10' rollup door in the center of the inner wall, flanked by a 6'x7' roll up door on the right and a 9-lite walk in door also in the center inner wall, and 1 window right. All this can be customized to your liking.

This building can be installed on your level ground, gravel, asphalt or concrete. Foundation work is NOT included, and your pad needs to be LEVEL. We can install this (or a modified version of it) almost anywhere across 46 US States, but prices will vary depending on location and any engineering upgrades that might be required above the 140 mph and 35 psf of our standard build.
