24'x25'x9' One Car Garage Workshop

This unit is an actual sold unit and its engineered draft of a 24'x25'x9' one car garage with huge shop area, shown here for demonstration purposes. Each building we sell is fully customizable and built on YOUR land, nearly anywhere in Texas or Western Louisiana. This unit is listed here to give you ideas and examples of what we can design just for you.


This garage building is fully enclosed in width of 24' (can go wider in 2' increments), and in a length of 25' (which can be longer or shorter in 5' increments). It is 9'' tall to accommodate an 8'x8' roll up door. We've also added 4 large windows and a walk thru door. Each of those items is fully customizable to your liking.

Add a full 4" concrete slab (with 24" on center rebar) underneath: 24' x 25' (600') = $4,800.00, sold separately (within 75 miles of Beasley only).

Newly built prices might be different and depend largely on customized features for each customer. Every American Steel building, barn, garage, carport or RV cover is custom built on YOUR property in the manner & size that we design together for you. We do have 4 smaller DEMO's on our lot for your in-person review of construction processes and styles.
