Here's a 30' x 40' x 12' universal large carport with all vertical roof style, including the horizontal hat-channel purlin grid underneath to support it. The Vertical roof provides far better draining, particularly for snow, than its horizontal metal orientation counter parts. It is a tad more expensive than the regular horizontal roof or A-frame, boxed-eve horizontal roof with the added grid framing. Vertical metal buildings also feature a ridge cap down the center peak ridge. This building also features upgraded totally enclosed side panels for added protection, with open ends for a "drive-thru'. With a center peak height of almost 16', nearly any rolling stock can go through including large motorcoaches, 5th Wheel Travel Trailers, even Semi-Trucks!

These sizes are adjustable in width in 2' increments, length in 5' increments and height in 1' increments. Also your choice of 16 colors for roof & trim. Upgrade options are the end gable enclosures as shown here, side panels of 1.5', 3' (as shown here), 6' or fully enclosed sides. Standard installations as priced here are 140 mph wind load and 35 psf snow load, although upgrades are available for those in coastal areas or high snow areas, just ask one of our professional design and sales consultants about those options.
