36' x 50' x 10'/7' Dog Kennel Workshop Combo

Here's a 6 Dog Kennel / Workshop Room Combo facility we just designed for a local animal control facility. The building is 24' x 50' x 10' with a split wall across the back 30'. The back storage s a 24' x 30' kennel room with 6 exterior exits framed out with 2'x3' kennel entries opening into a 12' lean to covered run (also 30' long). This is set up for SIX runs in 5' wide each (up to 24' inside counting any hallway you might add) and 12' outside covered area. Is one internal door in the center divider wall and two additional 9-lite entry doors on the front right and back end. Price here is $20,165.00 installed (Texas/LA/OK price) as configured (not including concrete.) This can be built anywhere across our 45 state service area, but prices will vary based on region, and on any upgraded wind or snow load requirements required for your local area or permitting offices.

This is all customizable to your needs. Can easily be installed double, triple or more on the length. Width is also adjustable as well as height. We custom design just what you need. Could add frame outs and lean on the back side for ALL dogs (or other small animals) with outer runs too. Just let us know your needs. We can build this anywhere from Georgia to California. New England to Washington, except the Dakotas and Rocky Mountain regions.
